Announcements

Tenants shall be responsible for any disturbance caused to other park tenants and for the conduct of their own guests. No activity will be permitted that will disturb the peace and quiet of other Tenants. Automobiles shall have properly maintained muffler systems and engines shall not be unnecessarily raced or gunned at any time. No one is permitted to play ball in the streets, run in other yards, ride bicycles or skate in the streets. No one shall make noises or use musical and electronic instruments, including voice, radios, televisions and amplifiers in such a manner as may tend to disturb other Tenants. No one shall play any musical instrument, phonograph, television, radio or conduct parties between 9:30 pm and 8:00 am, if same will disturb others.
