Credit Check Form

Landlord Protect Form - This form allows the Landlord to apply for a credit check (TRW).

OUR MISSION

Upon receipt of the completed Application for Residency, Acknowledgement letter, Landlord Protect Form, and $100 fee, we will have a credit check done and will notify the Buyer of the result. If your Buyer’s credit is acceptable and all other requirements are met, we will schedule an interview for Management to meet your Buyer.
